Repeat...repeat...repeat
Say you want one note or word to repeat on and on...like it's the last word at the end of the song, and you want it go, "Okay, okay, okay..." each time getting a little fainter. There are lots of ways to do it, but here is a quick and easy way just using your DigiRack plug-ins.

Now, copy or duplicate the region where the word or note is coming from onto the new Audio track.
Next, create a Send from the Audio track, and Bus it to the Aux track, making sure the input on the Aux track is set to the same Bus.
Insert a long or extra-long delay on the Aux track. The tempo should be synced to your tune by default. Select the note duration (quarter versus eighth note) to give you the speed of the repeat, and set the Feedback to taste. That can be pretty fun!
That's it for the setup. Now, it's time to go after that one note. Back to the Audio track. Mute the entire region (Ctrl + M), then select the note or word you want to use, separate it as a region (Ctrl + B), and unmute it.
When that unmuted portion comes along, it will be sent to your delay, and repeat for as long as you set it. Because the delay is on the Aux track, it just keeps on going...going...going....
